What is the Massy Loyalty Card?
The Massy Loyalty Card is our way of showing our appreciation for your loyalty. With your Massy Card, every time you shop at Massy Stores and participating partners (Massy Motors, Massy Automotive Components, Ferrara Optical, MPharmacies and Trinpad), you’ll earn Massy points that are redeemable for amazing benefits, instant discounts, and exclusive offers.

What is the fee to sign up for the Massy Card?
Sign up is free…there are no fees to sign up.
 

How can I sign up for a Massy Card?
Applying for your Massy Loyalty Card is simple! Just choose one of the convenient options below:

  1. Complete the Massy Card Application form available at ANY Massy Stores Supermarket (for your shopping convenience, you can apply right at the cash register and get your card instantly!)
  2. Sign up on our website: www.massycard.com

Please note, after signup, collection of your physical card can be done at any Massy Stores location.
 

Where can I get the Massy Stores App?
At the Google Play Store™ for Android and the Apple App Store™ for iPhone.
 

Who is eligible to apply for a Massy Card?
You must be sixteen (16) years or older (with National ID) to be eligible to sign up for a Massy Card.
 

Can someone else collect my Massy Card for me?
Yes, they just need to have a letter of authorization and a copy of the ID you used to register.
 

What do I need to do to earn Massy points?
All you need to do is to present your Massy Card at ANY Massy Stores and participating partners (Massy Motors, Massy Automotive Components, Ferrara Optical, MPharmacies and Trinpad), Please note, your Massy Card must be presented before your transaction at the cashier is completed.
 

How much do I need to spend to get a Massy point?
One Massy point is earned for every qualifying $10 spent.
 

How can I find out how many points I have?
Your Massy points are displayed at the bottom of your receipt after each transaction. We break it down for you to show the points earned for that single transaction, and the accumulation of points in your account. When you’ve accumulated 400 points, you can then redeem to pay for your purchases.
Your point balance is on the Massy Stores App, your bill and can be seen on our website when you activate your account.
 

How do I know the value of my points?
To calculate the value of your points, just divide your accumulated points by 10. For e.g., 500 points/10 = $50. This means you have $50 to pay for your purchases.
 

Can I have a joint card with someone?
Yes you can! Members of your immediate family living in the same household or wards can be secondary card holders. Both parties need to visit their preferred Massy Store to sign the Massy Stores “Link” form.
 

As a primary cardholder, can I have more than one person on my account?
Yes. You can add a maximum of three (3) people to your account.
 

Can both of us earn and redeem points?
Both of you can earn points but only the primary cardholder can redeem loyalty points. One form of ID must be shown to redeem. All points earned accumulate in the primary card holder’s account.
 

How can I earn bonus points and double points?
All Massy Stores and participating partners (Massy Motors, Massy Automotive Components, Ferrara Optical, MPharmacies and Trinpad) will run special promotions during the year, for example, you can earn double points EVERY Wednesday at Massy Stores. Also, both primary and secondary cardholders can earn DOUBLE points on their birthdays when they shop at Massy Stores on that special day.
 

How soon can I use my points after I earn them?
Your points from all your purchases at Massy Stores and participating partners (Massy Motors, Massy Automotive Components, Ferrera Optical, MPharmacy and Trinpad) will be available to you within 24 hours, except for double points on birthdays, which may take up to 48 hours.
 

Can I use my points to pay for anything in-store? For e.g., alcohol?
Yes! Your Massy points can be redeemed for all items purchased at the Store.
 

Do my points expire?
Yes, the program runs on a 15-month rolling expiry. This means if your points are not used within 15 months after being earned, they will expire. Please note, expired points will not be reimbursed.
 

How can I check to see if my points are expiring?
We will let you know! An email will be sent informing you that there are points set to expire on your account. In addition, you can activate your online account by visiting www.massycard.com or contact us at 489-3559/737-1669/489-3640 or via email at info.tt@massycard.com to get the information.
 

Do I need a minimum number of points to redeem?
Yes. You must have at least 400 Massy points to redeem. For CAL (Caribbean Airlines) Miles Redemptions, you need a minimum of 600 Massy points to redeem.
 

How can I redeem my CAL Points?
For CAL Miles Redemptions, you can choose any option below:

  1. Activate your account online at www.massystores.com OR www.massycard.com, and redeem your points through our portal.
  2. Call us at our Massy Card Call Centre at 489-3559 or 737-1669, and our representatives will assist you.
  3. Send us an email at info.tt@massycard.com.
  4. Visit one of our Massy Stores, and one of our representatives will assist you.

Is there a ceiling for my points, do I have to redeem when I reach a certain amount?
No, you can earn as many points as you want.
 

Do I have to present my Massy Card when redeeming points?
Yes, you must present the following to redeem your points:

If my Card is lost or stolen can someone else redeem my points?
No. To redeem points, ID must be shown to verify the redeemer is the card holder.
 

If my Card is lost, how do I get a new one and is there a cost?
There is a 50-point fee to replace a lost card. If your card is lost, please contact one of our Massy Card Representatives in-store or call our Massy Card Call Centre at 489-3559, 489-3640 or 737-1669, and we will gladly assist you with your card replacement.
 

Who is eligible to get discounts when using their Massy Card?

Please note, secondary cardholders are eligible for the same discount as their associated primary account at Massy Stores ONLY.
 

As a TTARP member, can I get the discount and get points on the same purchase?
Yes. You will get the discount and points based on your purchase.
 

I can’t remember my username or password for my account at www.massycard.com, what do I do?
To reset your password, please follow the below steps:

  1. Access www.massycard.com and select “Forgot Password?” on the homepage.
  2. You will then be prompted to enter your email address
  3. A “reset password” link will be sent to your email
  4. When completed, you will be redirected to the www.massycard.com homepage to access your account.

I forgot my Massy Loyalty Card at home, how can I still earn points on my purchases?
We’ve got you! You can earn those valuable points by any of the below options:

  1. Download the Massy Stores App from the Google Play Store™ for Android or the Apple App Store™ for iPhone and register. You will be issued a digital Massy Loyalty Card, that can be presented to the cashier for your points to be applied.
  2. Visit www.massystorestt.com/points and enter your receipt information. Your points will be applied to your account.
